On December 5th our Director of Sales & Marketing Alfred Eeltink participated at the Tophotelprojects Worldtour at the 25hours Hotel in Zurich. The Tophotelprojects Worldtour is a great way to meet likeminded senior people from the hotel industry to discuss trends, developments and challenges. We spotted one of the most remarkable trends going on in the business comparing to several years ago: through the increase of franchise operations there is a growing demand for business models in which leveraging operational expenses is key. Efficiency and cost control without distraction from guest satisfaction and the brand concept is getting more and more important.
