Introduction new IFM proposition office market

In recent months, Attend Hospitality Agency and integral facility services provider HFC have been working on the development of a new Integrated Facility Management (IFM) proposition for the office market. The new proposition responds to the changing needs in the office market where, partly through corona, workplaces are rapidly transforming into meeting places, in the spirit of a hotel.
The hospitality power of Attend and HFC’s hotel experience come together in a new service model that aims to make users feel welcome – like in a hotel, and ‘going to the office’ turns into an experience. This is achieved by creating added value in facility services and integrating tasks within the entire customer journey to create an excellent service and guest experience.
The new IFM solution for the office market is offered from HFC and covers not only hospitality and service desk services but also procurement- and management of cleaning, security, landscaping, catering and handyman services. HFC is an independent IFM service provider and has been active in the international hotel market since 2008. The company works in Western Europe and the United States for clients such as citizenM, Clink, Marlin hotels, Yotel and KLM Crownlounge. The service consists of a total package of facilities services, based on the concept of ‘pay per use’. It is precisely now that HFC believes in a translation of its services in the hotel market to the office market.

Attend, which since 2012 has been providing hospitality staff on a temporary basis to the hospitality industry, offices and care, was confronted with a change in customer demand since the corona crisis, which caused a sharp decline of the demand for temporary employment services. After a strategic rethink, the company decided to create new prospects for the future, based on existing expertise of Attend. The famous faces of Attend, Vanessa Versteegh and Riccardo Dubach have joined HFC. Customers in the offices and healthcare market have been acquired by HFC and are being served from HFC from 1 January 2021.
