HOTEL FACILITY MANAGER NL
We are looking for a Hotel Facility Manager in the Netherlands to join our team. This is a perfect role if you get excited by the idea of working for various hotel brands in the Netherlands in cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, and Maastricht.
We are HFC, your global strategic facility managing agent for hotels and commercial real estate. It is our mission to create an optimal guest experience in facility services and thereby create a positive impact on our client’s brand performance value. We are your single point of contact and your owner representative, responsible for the entire supply chain contributing to your short and long-term visions and strategies.
As Hotel Facility Manager you will be responsible for the management and optimization of all aspects of the facility services within the hotels in the Netherlands. Including housekeeping, linen, waste management, and other small facility services.
You will be responsible for the management of the suppliers who will deliver these services and for the optimization between the suppliers, with the goal to continuously strive to outstand the quality of the services delivered and to lower the total costs. On a tactical level you overlook the quality, contractual agreements, process development and account management.
NL LOCATION NOTE:
You have to be currently based in the Netherlands, without visa requirements. We can’t sponsor or relocate someone for this position. Our office location is Amsterdam, and the role requires working onsite from our hotels.
