As Project Director you are responsible for the day-to-day operation but also working closely with the management team on a strategic level to let the business flourish, start up new projects and at the same time maintain quality.   • Running projects varying from feasibility studies to sustainability research and from procurement assignments to operator selections;
  • Contribute to the growth of HSG by introducing new business ideas, potential project/clients;
  • Collaborate with management team in the positioning, branding and future strategy of HSG;
  • Costing, planning, budgeting, resourcing and monitoring of projects;
  • Conducting market and feasibility studies for various (new) projects;
  • Maintain excellent relations with partners and industry professionals;
  • Be an ambassador for HSG and visit relevant events;

Qualifications and skills

  • Excellent entrepreneurial & commercial skills
  • Ample experience with hotel valuations and feasibility studies
  • Understanding hotel operation fundamentals
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to actively manage HSG team and lease with management
  • Positive and inspiring attitude
  • Advanced excel skills and solid understanding of all Microsoft Office products (Outlook/Word)
  • Communicate with colleagues and third parties effective and professionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

This exciting opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious individual who has 5+ years relevant work experience. Experience with hotel finance, client contact, sales and leading a team is a must.


Bachelor’s or Master degree in Hotel Administration (Hotelschool), Finance, Real Estate or similar.
