Hello! My name is Emma Cardot. I am originally from France and currently live in Geneva, Switzerland.
Since 2020, while studying hospitality, I have developed a keen interest in housekeeping, a service I consider to be the backbone of any hotel. Over the past five years, I have worked exclusively in this field, progressing from supervisor to assistant housekeeping manager.
This experience prompted me to take the next step in my career.
On July 7, 2025, I began my journey at Hotel Facility Concepts as hotel facilities manager for Switzerland and Italy, an important new step in my career. This position allows me to act as a conductor, coordinating the various hotel services to offer the best possible quality to our clients, while closely monitoring their budget. It also involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations, which I particularly enjoy.
I am really excited about this adventure at HFC and look forward to contribute to the continued success of our projects.
