Manchester, UK – The new Mollie’s Manchester has opened its doors inside the iconic Old Granada Studios, marking the brand’s first city-center location. To support the brand’s operational excellence, Mollie’s has partnered with Hotel Facility Concepts (HFC), which will design, integrate and operate the hotel’s back-of-house infrastructure, including procurement, housekeeping and operational services

The historic building, once home to legendary television moments featuring artists such as The Beatles and Sex Pistols, has been reimagined as a vibrant destination to stay, meet, eat and unwind in the heart of Manchester.

Mollie’s is a design-led hotel and diner brand redefining modern travel. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality comfort food, and stylish yet accessible accommodation, Mollie’s blends retro influences with modern design. Originally launched in strategic roadside locations, Mollie’s combines comfortable rooms, American inspired diners and vibrant social spaces designed to bring people together. The opening in Manchester marks the brand’s first city-centre location, as Mollie’s continues its UK expansion.

As part of the partnership, Hotel Facility Concepts will support Mollie’s with procurement and management of essential back-of-house services. HFC brings the systems, supplier network and operational expertise required while maintaining the guest experience. This collaboration ensures consistent quality, cost efficiency and seamless operational performance. HFC will manage the procurement of cleaning and linen suppliers, support the pre-opening process and oversee daily housekeeping, linen services and additional operational support services.
