looking for one or two Business Development interns preferably in the first and second quarter of 2023. The exact date to be determined. The interns have the possibility to work remotely but need to have willingness to travel occasionally in Europe.

REPORTING LINE
You are the right hand of the Business Improvement Manager. You will work closely with internal HFC employees, suppliers and customers globally.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Developing the value stream mapping of the room cleaning process.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Business Development trainee, you'll help us deliver the most efficient and valuable guest room cleaning process, enabling us to increase the impact and add value to our clients.
SCOPE
Housekeeping solutions for guest room cleaning, starting from guest checking out and ending with guest room ready to sell
MAIN DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map the current state value stream of guest room cleaning
- Map the future state value stream of guest room cleaning
- Describe Business Development opportunities
- Present the refined process to the HFC organization
- Develop the implementation plan
YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO
Value stream mapping, efficiency optimizations, research and innovation, financial and IT deliverables, data collection and analysis, housekeeping team impact (Health and Safety), improving housekeeping application functionalities, interviewing of different stakeholders ( Suppliers – Clients – HFC Organization)
YOUR PROFILE
You have well-developed analytical skills, a strong personal presence and confident. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You know how to connect with people and are able to work autonomously. Furthermore, you are flexible and organized. You are used to a project approach and can deliver according to mutually agreed timelines. You are hands-on for this challenging role which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mentality.
