A thumbs-up is always a fantastic way to receive recognition for our work. After preparing citizenM La Defense and citizenM Gare de Lyon for the 4-star rating, we passed with flying colours! It was nice to see the dedication of the housekeeping team and the support of Ann Cat and the team. Thank you LCS. You did a great job keeping the hotel quality high those last three months.
Why a rating?
A 4-star rating means a superior large hotel with upscale establishments, fully staffed, and tons of extras. From customer opinions, anything that achieves an average of 4 stars or above demonstrates a consistent thumbs up from your customers.
Ann Catherine Waelterle (Area Manager France HFC): "The housekeeping team have been preparing the 4-star rating for several months to ensure the perfect cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The team was fully involved and dedicated to their work. They were also able to find some additional staff as well to work on all the deep cleanings made seasonally. The 4-star rating is always a challenge as 10% of the hotel rooms are visited and disassembled to check all the points of cleanliness and room standards. The 4 stars are validated for the next four years now! Thank you LCS for always being on top of quality".
